General Giveaway Rules, Terms, & Conditions
Giveaway rules will vary for each giveaway, and rules must be followed for an entry to be valid.

Entry rules may differ per entry type (ex., social media entries may require likes, tagging, and/or comments).
Winners will be drawn at random from all combined entries unless specified otherwise.
Entries must include first and last names.
Entries must include a current email address and phone number in order to be contacted.
Must be 18 years old to enter.
Our giveaways exclude beer, wine, and supplements.
Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by/associated with any social media platform used throughout the giveaways.
Employees of Bloomingfoods are not eligible to win.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
One entry person unless otherwise noted.
Winners must claim their prize within 72 hrs of being contacted about being a winner.
Prizes are not shipped, and a time must be scheduled with the Marketing Department to pick up the giveaway prize.
Winners will have two weeks to pick up their prizes after being notified unless other arrangements are made.
Your privacy is very important to us and is never sold or shared with third parties.

1. 60-Second shopping Spree Giveaway – Accepting entries December 1-31!
One lucky person will have 60 seconds to fill one of our black branded hand-held shopping basket with items in our store. The rules are as follows:
Excludes alcohol, supplements, and CBD products.
Limit 2 of any item (same SKU) placed in our shopping basket.
Limited to what can fit in the handheld shopping basket.
The winner can choose which store their shopping spree will be at during the month of January only.
Must take place during the store’s less busy hours.
Must start at the front door.
No purchase is necessary.
One entry per person.
You do not need to be an Owner-Member to enter.

To enter, complete the Giveaway entry form below. A winner will be drawn at random and contacted via email on Monday, January 5th. Per the General Giveaway Rules, Terms, & Conditions listed above, the winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize, or a new winner will be drawn.
If you are the winner and are unable to complete the shopping spree yourself, you can have a friend/family member complete the shopping spree for you.
